I am hoping someone can help me identify these two plants. The bees go mad for them every year and I would live to plant more of them. Here goes with pics and fingers crossed

Looks like Cotoneaster.

Hi I wish, the first one or the second one? I'm away to google it anyway, thank you 😀

Both look like Cotoneaster, different varieties.

Could be Cotoneaster but not sure. Does it have berries?
Look up Vaccinium images and see if you can match it.

Second is cotoneaster.

Thanks everyone, i think they are both cotoneaster varieties. The first one will have berries later in the summer. Our wee bird colony love them too, we had waxwings come one year to eat them

Cotoneaster can be a bit spready, so if you plant more, keep an eye on what it's up to!
If you want bees, though, it's good to try to plant so they have forage all through the year, be having a variety of plants.

Looks like cotoneaster to me too. Bees love it.
