I can't remember what this perennial is! Leaves look like aquilegia but flowers are fluffy balls, it's about 3ft tall. Does any one know? Thank you.

I love Thalacrium, Mine has flowered for the first time. I want to get some more Next year. If I let it seed will it make new plants
