Bargain balcony planters/troughs?

Has anyone seen any cheap planters with hooks/brackets recently? I thought it was the kind of thing I could find in Wilko/B&M/Aldi but I'm drawing a blank.

I've removed a load of ivy from a trellis atop a 4ft fence section (2 panels wide). I'd quite like to hang a couple of troughs with annuals there for privacy until my climbers fill in (star jasmine is doing a stellar job ).

I'm being a cheapskate as I can find the type of thing on Amazon but they're £10 each
I'd prefer troughs - even short ones - as small pots dry out too quickly.

I'm being stingy but I'm sure I'd seen similar in the cheaper shops for max £5 in previous years. I can find cheap troughs but no brackets

If you can find a cheap trough, b&q does brackets of various sorts
