What’s wrong with my pear tree?

Hope someone can help.

We’ve got a pear tree in our garden and it has red spots on the leaves.

Is this normal or is there anything we need to be doing?

Would prefer an organic solution if possible.

Could be rust. I don't spray my fruit trees with anything but I do feed them every spring with a multi purpose feed and during the season I sometimes give them a bit of tomato feed. My logic for this is that a healthy tree will be less likely to succumb to diseases like this.

Have to say though, that my garden is very dry so fungal infections are rare.

Thanks I’ll try and feed it and see if it helps.
