Tropical-looking plant taking over my garden

Does anyone know what this is? It is everywhere in my garden and a pain to dig up as the stem is very thin/fragile underground so snaps easily - it’s also started growing at the base of some established shrubs which is annoying as I can’t really dig around them very easily.

Thank you!

Looks like wild arum.

Looks like this. Pretty but invasive!

I think its cuckoo spit. Very invasive and an irritant. It grows orange berries.

It is an arum, but a cultivated one - Arum italicum 'Pictum' - it's rather pretty I think.

Crikey, in the time it takes to look it up, someone else gets there before me!

I mean cuckoo pint, lords and ladies

Thank you, you are all brilliant - it is pretty in small doses but sadly we’re well past that 😭

Yep, it's a bugger to keep at bay.
