Verbena 'Lollipop'

Put some verbena bonisaris lollipop in the garden last year but it's looking really raggedy and crappy now. I've pruned the seed heads off but not sure what else to do. It's gone a bit brown and woody so any advice welcome!
I really like it but have no clue how to manage it!

Oh no! Just thought they'd go green again Blush Good job I can get them cheap at the local market!

We even cut it back and covered it up in mulch so it did not freeze over winter. So far ...... nothing, tbh I might not bother buying it again 😟

Just been out to look at it....hopeless! Everything else is going mental but that. Oh well....back to the drawing board Grin

It's D.E.A.D. !

It bloody is! But I keep seeing green bits and then give it some more water....time to let it go GrinGrin
I'm good at colour schemes and planting stuff...less good at keeping them alive over winter.

We went to a garden centre today and spend £200+ on plants to ' fill ' the garden ! wonder how many will survive

@Victoria - me too! £90
Having a fit over a new plant I've found and a bright idea about an empty patch of ground by the raspberries....
By God they'd better be still growing this time next year!
