Bargain plant website? Container plant ideas.

A while back I read a thread on here where someone recommended a website which sells plants very reasonably - seemed luck of the draw what plants they had in stock at any given time. I can’t remember what the website was called and googling hasn’t helped. Can anyone help please?

I’m looking for plants/shrubs that are happy left in containers with minimal work needed. An elderly relative would like her large patio brightened up (it gets lots of sun). Does anyone have any recommendations for plants that would add a bit of colour throughout the year and come back year after year with minimal upkeep please? Thanks!

I've got star jasmine in big pots along the side of my patio with trellis behind them. Got them from Homebase about 4 years ago and apart from watering and fertilising as normal they have been very low maintenance. They produce loads of white blooms and smell beautiful - we leave the patio doors open to make the most of it. Also attract a lot of butterflies.
Heuchera, hydrangea, honeysuckle are also good.
