Plants that provide privacy

total Beginner, no nothing about gardening. My neighbor has become troublesome. She moved in a last year with a teenage son who stares at me in my garden and is making me feel uncomfortable as we have a 3ft fence. When she moved in she put up trellis and during the winter months they are bare and don’t provide privacy so I am looking for a better alternative. We don’t get on as neighbors and both rent 😩 I was thinking about trees in planters with my own trellis but I have no idea where to start.

What about some bamboo screening? You can get some that goes really tall you would just need to pop some supports behind

Unfortunately we live in a rural location very exposed to severe weather

Laurel grown in large pots. It grows quickly, is evergreen, there are several varieties and it’s cheap. Also puts up with all kinds of weather conditions.

Buddleia, lava tear and bamboo all get big .
