I have a shady wall corner right outside my window. What can I plant there in a pot which will look lovely from inside

Hydrangea like shade I think they are beautiful but do look a bit rubbish during winter

A clematis climbing up an obelisk? Choose a shade-loving clematis, there are plenty to choose from. Nothing to see in winter, though.

Maybe a shade tolerant shrub eg pittosporum?
