Lavender plant stolen :-(

Just noticed one of a row of lavender plants outside our wall has been dug up! It was there a few days ago (was planted in summer), so very recently taken Angry

Last summer, I planted a small thyme plant and that was dug up the next day...

Has anyone else had plants stolen from them?

I haven't but a local B&Q did in a retail park with landscaping. We've 'lost' a couple of garden ornaments and a rabbit hutch.

How sad! Luckily I haven't had that misfortune. It seems a lot of effort to dig up a plant, I was expecting to read you'd had a potted plant taken.

I once had a willow tree dug up and pinched from my front garden. (In the long ago days when I lived in Birmingham). It was definitely a "WHAT???" moment!

I planted a row of little box trees across the front of the house... went missing within a week.

We now have fuck-off great pieces of granite sticking 70cm up from the ground (and about the same under) tucked amongst the plants. No-one's shifted them AND they seem to have stopped vehicles driving over the front. Grin
