Is all ivy poisonous?

Sorry if stupid question but all the ivies on the crocus site have a red skull & crossbones beside them.

The DDs aren't likely to eat the leaves, but I'd prefer something non toxic!

what do you want it for? if you really want an alternative then what's the site/situation.

I think the berries are bad for you but can't imagine any dd's being daft enough to actually ingest something that disgusting.

didn't even know ivy had berries

DD2 (21m) is very into gardening and does have a weird tendency to suddenly get it into her head to see what random things taste like ... I wanted this for the front of the house tho, so it's not as if it's for somewhere she gets left unattended.

The small area in front of the house is paved but there's a little bit of bare soil by the gatepost - thought it might be just big enough to plant a bit of ivy and have it trail along the iron railings
