My purple spiky celosia has faded in colour since I bought it last month, and I was wondering where I've gone wrong.
It was a beautiful vivid violet colour when first purchased but now looks a bit bleached, and the flowers feel a bit dry.
I'm keeping it indoors in the soil it came in, it's in sunlight (but on a North-facing window - don't have access to the South side due to placement of apartment). I water it often enough for the soil to be moist but not over/under-saturated (so every other day usually - perhaps I'm not watering it enough?)
Leaves all look healthy, but the flowers are looking rather sad at present.
I'm new to plant-keeping, could anyone give advice as to how to bring my plant back to it's former glory?
