Weed ID please

Can anyone ID this for me please

I wouldn't say it's weed. The heads are fluffier and the leaves are wrong shape and texture. It's also very difficult if not impossible to grow outside in the U.K.

They can grow here. The seeds are toxic. I wouldn't advise letting it spread.
