The flowers are small and all like with stamens (?!) coming out of them.

My ones are quite small, said less than half a metre tall.

My guess would be Sarccococca (sp?) too - or try googling Daphne.

It doesn't look quite right for a Trach... but the photo is a bit too blurry.
