Tree branch cut and fell partially onto our property

The people in the property diagonally to the rear of our property decided at some point yesterday afternoon to reduce the height of their holly tree (which I’m quite pleased about to be honest as it blocks a lot of light to our garden). Anyway in the process of doing this it looks like a massive branch or literally the top half of the tree has fallen and landed in our neighbours garden but also it’s hanging over the fence, it’s that big, and into our garden too (damaging neighbours fence).
I’ve not managed to get neighbour to answer door, she’s a bit of a recluse so not sure if anyone has been round to hers to apologise / sort it out. Also I think her property is housing association and she doesn’t maintain her garden which is quite long and like a jungle so I’m not even sure she’s noticed it nor if she had would do anything about it anyway.
I’m going to try to knock on the property who did the work to see what they have to say.
My main question is if I can’t get through to neighbour or get response from those who did the work should I push the branch so it’s not lying across the fence - I don’t wish to cause more damage so I’m a bit worried. It’s not my fence but I’m worried that the branch will cause more damage to it if it’s just leaning there.
We had some trees reduced and the surgeon made sure that the branches landed on our property and large ones were lowered so as not to cause damage.

I would go round to the neighbours who cut it down and ask them to come round and deal with it tbh.
