We have a space in the garden for some kind of feature , its a rectangular section next to the end of a large raised planted area framed by sleepers and need some ideas for it. It will be filled with large pebbles for now, but I quite like the idea of a water ball sitting on the pebbles may be?

If you have one - get a solar powered one?

(sorry just saving the planet a bit )

a bit like this but may be dark brown??? , sleepers will be stained very dark chocolate and sit next to grey slate effect paving , fence behind is very dark choc too.

If your kids are old enough you could have a pond. or a pond in a barrel. much more interesting than a stone ball.

here

Kids not old enough really. Love water things , just want something simple and clean lines looking.

yes - don;t even contemplate a pond if the kids aren;t old enough.

hatwoman · 10/06/2007 18:21

thats intruiging ! I like natural or brownish things. looking for asian influence but not overly cheesy theming.
