What's this tree / bush?

Can anyone help ID this tree / bush?

It has a thick central trunk with lots of kind of bendy branches coming off. It had small white flowers earlier in the year and now has orange berries. I've googled and tried ID app to no avail!

Pyracantha is very prickly
Cotoneaster leaves not that waxy looking

Are the berries truly orange, or are they on their way to being red?

Yes I think a Holly. Might be a variety called J.C. van Tol. Aone are spineless.
