Eek Have I killed my lavender??

I planted it a couple of weeks ago and last week cut the heads off as advised on another gardening page and now it doesn’t look too good!! The other lavender plant doesn’t seem so bad though

They all tend to look a bit ropey after flowering. There’s lots of green leaves so just make sure it doesn’t dry out too much.
