Our house deeds show that the fence on our right when looking from the house is our responsibility. It now needs replacing, had a quote for that this morning. No problem there. The problem is the fence on the left side. In a bad way with panels missing. There is no “T” mark on the deeds for that side. Does that mean it is joint responsibility? How should we broach the subject with our neighbours, we think they think it is ours. What do we do?
