Random red flower ( photos) growing on lawn

We recently moved house and the large garden is being tamed ( house was vacant for 2 years) I went into the garden yesterday after a few days of decorating and found these red flowers growing up through the lawn. Very pretty and clusters on a single stem etc but don't really want them on the grass.
Any ideas what they are and if it's worth saving/moving them?

No idea what it is, but it's definitely pretty and I'd definitely be aiming to encourage them!
A weed is just a plant you don't want, after all.

Just fancy knowing what they are and if they run riot or stay where you put them. Going to mow the grass and avoids cutting them and see if I can get an ID. Searching the internet is fruitless

Yes I would be happy to have something like that on my lawn. I always mow around patches of daisies and buttercups.

Lawn is boring and I think we are too conditioned to mow it within an inch of it's life. yes I also love the dandelions

We have loads. Pretty weeds.

They spread like wildfire when they go to seed, so if you don't want them in your lawn it's worth digging them out sooner rather than later.
