What kind of tree is this?

Hello all, I was wondering if anybody could ID this tree for me? At the back of my house in NW England. It looks coniferous to me but the branches grow curved and point upwards.

What kind of tree is this?

Monkey puzzle tree also known as Chilean pine.

Brilliant thank you! I've never seen a monkey puzzle tree it's been bugging me since I moved it!
