Garden plant identification

Please could someone help me identify these plants? The first two pics are the same plant - leaves and flower, and it's some kind of vine. I wondered if it was a burr cucumber, but similar plants in the garden have had red berries (as however wondering if they were something different like a nightshade!).

The second is the darker green sort of heart shaped leaves which is growing all over our (poorly maintained by previous owner) flower beds!

Any help hugely appreciated- thanks!

Hello . The last one is a small viola - has lovely purple flowers and they'll self seed and spread. The vine looks like some kind of grape vine but I might be wrong there!
Someone will know though!

Ah, great! Was literally just wondering if it was some kind of wild violet - we haven't seen any flowers this year though!

That's exactly what it is - thanks! Was hoping it wouldn't be toxic, as I've got small children! Time to get the spade out I think!

Another vote for Bryony. Its a bit of a devil to dig out, has very impressive roots. How old are your children? Are they likely to come to any harm from it?

Unfortunately 3.5 & 5months - so not known for making good decisions! I've got a pretty impressive spade (the brilliantly named 'root slayer'), so I'll just have to test it. Or pull up the vines as they appear 😬
