Garden mirror

Hi can you put just normal mirrors outside or only the mirror plastic sheeting? Thanks

I bought a heavy hexagonal mirror from a local antiques place for £20. It looks great. I'd take a photo but it's dark.
It's all glass front and has a very heavy solid wood back, I figure that if it ages that will add to it's charm

Here it is, it's an awkward corner spot outside my kitchen window, the reflection means I can see all my plants from indoors instead of the blank wall and I have a box to be fixed under it next week for winter pansies.
