A little flower has suddenly bloomed in my flowerbed. Does anyone know what it is? I love it!

it looks like a tiny canna lily, but I think it is the wrong colour so maybe some other type of lily?

Zantedeschia - they come in a variety of colours, commonly called calla lily.
