Please can anyone identify this plant?

I walk past this garden every day on my walk to work and love this shrub. Can anyone identify it for me please?

Hello.
It looks like Hibiscus Chiffon White.
Or possibly a variety of Philadelphus?

It looks like a type of hibiscus/rose of Sharon to me.

Just had a closer look at the pics and noticed the pinky red centres.
It's definitely a hibiscus. You can get some absolutely lovely varieties now in amazing colours.
Starburst Chiffon is white with a red starred centre, not exactly the same but similar.
