What is this tree?!

Hi all, I've just got the keys for my new house and on full inspection have found the attached tree. It arches over like a willow would and is beautiful. Can anyone help me identify it?
There are a couple of trees and a rose type brush but this one really caught my eye. I'm in love with it whatever it is!

Looks like a type of willow.

Ooh, the weeping pear tree looks like a contender. All the trees need cutting back so I'll get a proper tree surgeon in soon to confirm. But I ❤️ it!
And as someone who has only ever kept cacti's alive I will be delighted to have a mature beautiful tree to admire!
