They're both from Facebook posts so not my garden but I'd love to know what they are as they're beautiful

The first one is Hosta. Slugs love it.

The first one (with the large leaves) is a Hosta.

Second one could be Mimulus, if it is it’s an annual that you can buy in garden centres. However, it does self seed. I’ve one that self seeded in a pot last year and is now very like the photo.

Thanks, definitely no hostas going in my garden!! I have far too many slugs for that

Agree with JT that the other could be a mimulus. I've not seen them in that colourway but looking at the shape of the flowers and leaves it seems a good match.

Oh yes, campion that looks even more like it! I'm not so good with cultivars but I'm quite good on wildflowers.
