I've marked them 1,2,3 think 1 could be photinia (hope-so!).
3 has come out of nowhere and seems to grow fast which is fine where it is so long as it's not going to take over

I don't think that's photinia I'm afraid.

1 isn't photinia. Is it scented - although I doubt you can tell without flowers? If it is, it is another white flowered shrubs whose name begins with a P but I can't remember.
2 is a weed. No idea of the name
3 could be laurel.

1 could be a young Philadelphus, which would get white scented flowers, in time.
2 is a rose bay willow herb, weed. It spreads by seed, so remove it and any friends that it has.
3 could be a type of Skimmia.

In the photo 2, you also have wood avens. The plant with yellow flowers. They are a nuisance weed/ wild flower and should be removed.

JT - yes, philadelphus is the plant I was thinking of

Thanks all, 1&2 are gone, I've left 3 in place (for now!)
