Help me identify this tree?

It’s very spindly, about 12ft tall with clumps of leaves. Pics attached.

It is Robinia Frisa

Agree it’s a Robinia. I think it’s not R frisia, but R pseudoacacia Lace Lady

@Trethew thank you. I have one which is wonderful and I thought it was Robinia Frisa. I have never heard of Lace Lady, but having looked it up, I can see that is what I have too. Thanks for starting this thread Op.
