Got this tree in our garden just uncovered it when clearing a load of bushes. Does anyone know what it might be? It's about 3ft tall with tiny white flowers

I've got one of those too - self-seeded with a tall whippy stem. I would love to know what mine is too. Leaves are quite leathery, bit like Rhodedundrum leaves in texture.

Photinia.

I also think it might be a photinia x fraseri.

At first I thought it was from the laurel ( prunus ) family but the flowers are wrong .
