I've bought a bierkeller table and benches from a local antique place, I'm really pleased with them as they fit our limited space brilliantly but the wood is a bit orange.
I'm wondering whether to just leave well alone (they'll be out all summer and stored for the winter) or whether to sand down fully back to the original wood. If I do that then what?
Yacht varnish? Danish oil?
I like a natural finish and don't want to have to repaint it every year, I'm more of a fan of a once a year jet wash of my garden furniture.
