I think it's this. Smells worse after a bit of rain. I think has yellow flowers. Thanks.

Does it smell of curry? It does look like hypericum, as above

If it is, the berries are nice looking (often used in autumn bouquets) but they still smell

It smells a bit like cat wee. Maybe hypericum I'll check them out on Google.
