Can anyone help identify this plant please?

Hello fellow gardeners!
Two these plants have just come up out of nowhere in my border. They look lovely and I think/hope they will produce flowers eventually but I have no idea what they are
They initially looked a bit like asparagus when they were first coming up and the small shoots were almost blue in colour. Now they've gone green but the very bottom of the shoots by the soil are still a bluish colour.
Can anyone help?

Blue stems make me think Platycodon grandiflorus (balloon flower). They look really healthy in your photos .

Ah thank you. I think you could be right! Thinking back, I did have some last year but they didn't really do very much after I planted them in and I didn't think they would re-grow. Hopefully will get some nice flowers on them this year
