Is this a campanula?

I got a pack of hardy perennials last year and put them in my garden without labels, though I did put initials for them in my vague garden plan. The problem is I've now forgotten what those initials mean. Blush

Could the first picture be a campanula double mixed? Plan has CDM in that area.

And any ideas for the second picture? I think it is probably a weed but I don't recognise many UK weeds.

Bah. Phone uploaded photos in the wrong order. The one I think might be a campanula is the second picture now (bigger plant than the other pic).

The Campanual is the second one, they come in many forms. I think you’re right the first one looks like a field weed.

That's weird, I think the other way round! This is my campanula....

Different varieties of the same plant. The OP ‘s one is the clustered bellflower and Beachy’s is Campanula Persicifolia (sp?).
There are other forms, very common is the little rockery type that tumbles over walls. All very pretty.

Thank you! I'm very pleased I didn't just pull it out.
