What is this?? Is is a nettle??

Any advice on what this could be? They have sprung up all over our garden. Some are over a metre tall!

The thorns are red if that helps!

Looks like bramble to me.

Blackberries? Doesn't look like a nettle to me.

Bramble. About the only good thing about it is the blackberries it will produce come the autumn. Its a right bastard to get rid off.

Defo a bramble. My husband and I have been removing them all morning from ours...
