Has anyone grown Rhodochiton (Purple Bell Vine) from seed ?

I really want a rhodochiton and planted seeds in early April. They germinated about a month ago, grew a little and now seem to have stalled completely (see pic). Is this normal or should I give up ?!

A lot of my seeds have germinated and stalled, in an unheated greenhouse . I think it’s the weather, a bit cold until the last few days.

Hope it is the weather ! Everything else I’ve planted is bushing up nicely by now. Fingers crossed it will explode into growth one of these days...

Sadly, no. I sowed seed this year (admittedly I'm not very good at growing from seed) and got zero germination.
