So, to cut a (very) long story short, I, long with other couple of plot holders had my allotment neighbour evicted last year due to harassment and abuse. The process took six months in total due to shitting awful council. The decision made in November (original complaints made in June) was that he had his tenancy ended and he was not allowed back to the site ever.
So I turned up yesterday afternoon to get some work done and low and behold, guess who is there? Accompanied by the site rep, all chummy with the rest of the old guard. The explanation given is that there has been a leak from a stand pipe he diverted (another loooong story) and he is back to fix it…. WTAF!!
What on earth can I actually do about this?
(By the way his old plot still hasn't got a new tenant despite our waiting list being closed)
