Does anyone know what this is please? It’s grown ridiculously quick...

It looks a bit like a tree peony. They often self seed from another established plant. It might take a couple of years to flower.

You are lucky to have one!

Tree peony. Try not to move it, try don’t like that. Keep it watered and fed and give it enough light, eg deal with overhanging branches if the spot is too shady.

I have a yellow flowering one and a million seedlings that i'm so chuffed have self seeded and grown

Many are in my lawn though so now have a random patch that is tricky to mow round!

Yes to bring sensitive to moving - I tried moving a couple of seedlings last year and killed them off 🙈
