Gardeners : Can anyone identify this?

It is n a pot in our garden. Grows quite tall. Has not had flowers as we recall, just lovely green spade shaped leaves on long stems.

Epimedium?

Ligularia of some sort. Leaves not quite right for L przewalskii so prob some other variety

Not am Epimedium- we have a few of those. I think it is definitely a Ligularia but it doesn't seem to flower. I am going to plant it in a border where it gets sun and shade and it is slightly damp. Thanks everyone.
