Presume you mean Leptospermum Red Damask? If the leaves are green just give it time. If they are brown and crispy, scrape the surface of the bark on lower branches and see if there is green beneath which means it’s still alive. If so, wait and keep fingers crossed. If no green it’s probably dead.
They are members of the myrtle family and need a warm sunny sheltered site, and are not the hardiest. Beast from the East may have killed it
