Borage - lovely blue flowers, v. v. easy to grow, essential for Pimm's. Pot/English marigolds, also v. easy and lovely glowing yellow and orange flowers. I've just looked and French marigolds are also edible but the Pot/English are much easier. The latter and the borage - just get packets of seed and get them in quick Grin

Viola, chive flowers, lavender, (most herb flowers) rocket flowers (most brassicas) geranium.
I remember the time when you could buy flower-flavoured yoghurt in supermarkets. I loved the geranium. They were short-lived. Annuals maybe!
