Help! Have I killed my Lilac shrub.

About a month ago we had to move four shrubs across our garden - a Dwarf scented lilac bush, a Camelia, Flame of the Forest and a small Acer. We moved them about a month ago and they were all starting to bud. They are in a better spot in the garden now with much less shade and better soil.
The Camelia is settled and flowering, as is the Fame of the Forest - the Acer is growing and producing leaves rapidly so no concerns. However the lilac is just sitting there - the tiny buds look no different from weeks ago (they haven't dropped off but aren't green - they are dark) and it is usually got green foliage now ready for flowering in May. My husband said he tried his best not to disturb the roots when he replanted it.
It's my fav shrub and smells heavenly - Is there anything we can do....is there anything we could feed it?

I think lilacs are quite resilient. Two years ago I pruned mine quite hard after flowering and got hardly any flowers last year. This year though it is bursting with flowers. So, fingers crossed, it may not do much this year but will be ok next.

I moved mine twice. At the wrong time even. And while I've definitely robbed myself of flowers coz I pruned it really hard to help it settle in, I'd be inclined to think yours is probably just suffering from a bit of shock. Lilacs are resilient but take a while to settle in, so I'd give it at least till the June. If it hasn't flowered by then, you could cut one branch and see if it's still green inside. My guess is by the summer it'll have leaves.

It may be ok. Mine didn't flower last year for some reason so I pruned it back a bit and it's starting to come out with lots of blooms now.
