Help with tree/shrub id please

This tree/shrub has been in my garden since before I moved here and I’ve got no idea what it is. It’s just blossomed and looks beautiful so I’d love to have another one or two elsewhere but I’ve no idea what it is.
After blossoming it grows quite long willow like fronds. The flowers don’t lead to berries or ornamental fruit of any kind, just the brown seed pod type kernel I’ve tried to show in the second pic. Many thanks.

Trethew Ah! Thank you! Yes, it’s big, Ive cut it back hard every year since I’ve been here (about 15 years!) only seems to get better (and more beautifully twisted branches) each year. Only just getting the rest of the garden, and all the trees and shrubs under enough control to start considering planting anew. Thank you!
