Another 2 plant IDs - yellow flower

Please could you also help ID these two - the first looks like a spindly shrub/tree that has popped up in my flower bed. No idea what it is.
The second is a mystery flower in a bed now overrun with ground elder (careful weeding required because the bed is also overrun with lovely lily of The Valley, lords&ladies and japanese anemones) The leaves seem to be the thin silvery green ones - not the spotty heart shaped ones, which are lungwort/pulmonaria. It is a soft buttery yellow colour and lovely.
Thanks.

I think the yellow flower is a Trillium(?), definitely not a weed!
The shrub thingy could be a sucker from a Spirea bumalda I think, pink fluffy flowers?

I think the yellow flower is Tulipa sylvestris

First one might be hypericum, will have yellow flowers later.

Thank you all. Will wait and see and will look after the yellow flower.

I’ve been researching and think that the first one could be a deutzia. Will wait for the flowers to see.
