How would you plant these (succulents)?

Got these tiny tips to try and propagate. I will allow them a day to harden off; I'll use super-gritty soil, but given they barely have any stem, how would you plant them?

It looks like Crassula perforata, try to carefully remove the lowest set of leaves, and just dibble them in to your compost. A warm shady spot would be good, and you should see roots start to form in a couple of weeks, they are super-easy!

Thanks, I was wondering whether to do that, in that if I plant it with the lower set of leaves intact, they could well rot and cause fungal issues.
