I have just re potted this plant, not sure what it is I just know it is a house plant. Will re potting it stop it curling like this or is it dying?

Not an expert but I would move it away from what looks like a doorway. Don't over water it, try somewhere out of direct sunlight but bright. Give it a month to see if it improves. Plants are coming out of their winter slump. Hope this helps.

Was it "ill" before you repotted? If not then it will be fine. That's a Dumb Cane / Dieffenbachia and they tend to go all limp like that when moved about or repotted. Some care instructions here - www.ourhouseplants.com/plants/dieffenbachia.

In my experience they make good houseplants but tend to get leggy and look "off" after a while so you might have to replace it or cut it down each Spring to effectively "start again".

Thanks for that info, it was ill looking before which is why I chose to repot, maybe I will have to get a new plant as it has been like this for months now.
