Moan moan - why does it keep turning cold?

I think I'm too impatient. I want to get veg plants into the ground and then there's a cold snap. Now I'm convincd my poor pepper plants won't make it.

Pepper plants outside yet - that is a bit brave (unless you live in the Scilly Isles or similar).

Never before mid/end of May!

I know. I know. They are covered with plastic bottles though. That's a bit like being in a cold frame isn't it?

Think they'll be fine in bottles, depends how big they have grown.

They're still small but they're looking pretty valliant. I shall live in hope.
