Strange dots on Habanero leaves ....

Help please, does anyone of you gardening experts have an idea, what kind of problem we are having here?

These raised dots are on the underside of young leaves on Habanero plants (in their second year and currently indoors). And I can't find anything quite like that in my books. We remove the leaves and put them in the grey waste to be safe. There is nothing crawling (yet).

Could it be a calcium deficiency? That can cause leaves to pucker and get bumpy.

Calcium deficieny. I will read up on it, thank you.
I really hope it is something fixable like a deficiency and not something worse.
