Patio solutions

Hello all,
My once lovely slate patio is looking rather ropey nowadays. Bits of slate are flaking off and the slabs are cracking and breaking all over the place. I will never use slate again!
Does anyone have any ideas for temporary solutions to make it look better? We can’t afford a whole new patio at the moment.

There is stuff you can get for sealing slate floors and tiles, I think it is intended for indoors, but there might be something that works for outside. Perhaps you could contact a large supplier of patio paving, and see whether they can recommend anything.
