Cat poo everywhere - help!

How do I stop neighbouring cats from using my grass as a toilet?! It is literally everywhere.

And in the real world...are you certain it is cats not foxes? cats usually dig in soil and cover their poo, it's not unheard of but unusual for it to be on a lawn?
